A Private session is the best way to familiarize yourself with Yoga as it provides you with individual attention to customize a practice that is just for you, with specific modifications you can use when you are ready to attend a group class. Depending on your needs, we will incorporate Yoga postures, breath-work, meditation and Ayurvedic principles into your session, providing you with tools to stay balanced in daily life. We have had much success in helping students overcome stress related issues, as well as healing injuries that have been haunting them for decades.

With this personalized approach you can feel safe and secure as you make your way back home toward health and well-being.
