Joyful Yoga Flow DVD

Welcome to the Joyful Yoga Flow DVD. Mother-daughter duo, Tess and Jackie Chiodo lead you through a beautiful flow on the beach in SW Florida. Enjoy the sunset as the birds dance in the background and the gentle sound of the ocean waves helps to create a peaceful connection with your body and breath.

We have designed this program to be accessible to all levels of practice. Whether this is your first experience with yoga or you have been practicing for years, this flow is easy to follow. Modifications are given for various poses. Jackie will be leading you through the fullest extension of the asana, while Tess will offer modifications suitable for beginners. We begin with a gentle sequence to calm your mind, bring you into your body and connect with your breath. We flow through a sun-salutation sequence to warm your body from the inside-out, increase your heart rate and metabolism. The flow then takes you into a standing pose sequence to increase your strength, stamina and balance. At the end of the practice we move into hip openers and twists to calm the nervous system and prepare you for final relaxation and meditation. Through this balanced flow of asanas (poses), you are able to achieve a stronger, more flexible, relaxed body and mind in just an hour, while enjoying the sunset on the beach at the same time!

We believe this to be one of the easiest to follow videos available and created it for our many students along the way who wanted to replicate a class-like setting in the comfort of their own home.
